    Our client, an industry leader in aerospace and industrial applications, is seeking a Compliance Manager (DIRECT HIRE) to join their team. As a Compliance Manager (DIRECT HIRE), you will be part of the Manufacturing Compliance Department supporting the Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Compliance Manager (DIRECT HIRE)

    **Location:** Hanover, PA

    **Pay Range:** $80K-$95K

    **Shift:** 1st Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead and oversee compliance initiatives across manufacturing facilities to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

    + Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with regulations such as NADCAP, ISO9001, and AS9100.

    + Conduct internal audits, coordinate external inspections, and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Human Resources to embed compliance into daily operations.

    + Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements and proactively update procedures and documentation to maintain compliance standards.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

    + At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance.

    + Strong knowledge of manufacturing regulations and standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, OSHA, REACH, and RoHS.

    + Experience conducting audits and managing compliance documentation effectively.

    + Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills to influence organizational culture and drive continuous improvement.
