    Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting global customer service training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Training Coordinator

    **Location:** Alameda, CA

     

    Pay Range: 30 to 35/ hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage and optimize the Allego Learning Management System (LMS) to support global training programs.

    + Ensure seamless delivery of learning content and maintain system stability during updates and integrations.

    + Serve as the primary contact for LMS-related inquiries and support user account management.

    + Upload, organize, and maintain training materials including videos, documents, and interactive modules.

    + Generate reports on course completion, engagement, and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design (or equivalent experience).

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in LMS administration, preferably with Allego or similar platforms.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    + Experience managing global user bases and multilingual content.

    + Knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques (preferred).
