+ Collaborate with Reliability Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to improve and optimize life testing protocols based on real-world system operating profiles.

+ Conduct application testing, simulations, and performance evaluations using HVAC system modeling tools and software to support your hypothesis and conclusions.

+ Stay informed of existing and emerging residential compressor and system design, qualification, and rating standards & regulatory requirements (UL, AHRI, ASHRAE, etc.)

+ Engage and collaborate closely with customers, particularly those in engineering who are evaluating compression technology in order to rationalize value assumptions and obtain feedback on applicability of future technologies.

    REQUIRED** **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred, and at least 10 years work experience in HVAC system design.
