Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a Production Die Cutting specialist to join their dedicated team. As a Production Die Cutting/ Digital Cutter Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the creation of high-quality custom products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Die Cutting/ Digital Cutter Operator

**Location:** Menomonee Falls, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $23

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

+ Operate digital cutters or lasers to convert various materials into custom products using laminating and die-cutting processes.

+ Prepare and laminate materials, set up equipment according to customer specifications, and perform in-process measurements.

+ Inspect finished parts, document findings, and ensure quality standards are met.

+ Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to maintain efficiency and product quality.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to safety policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ At least one year of related experience in manufacturing or production environment.

+ Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, and technical documents.

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

+ Physical ability to stand regularly, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
