Our client, a global leader in the chemical industry, is seeking a **Lab Technician** to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the R&D Department supporting laboratory and testing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization..

**Job Title:** Lab Technician

**Location:** Bridgewater, NJ

**Pay Range:** $25/hour

What’s the Job?

+ Formulate and synthesize polymers.

+ Test adhesives and evaluate performance characteristics.

+ Collect, record, and analyze experimental data.

+ Prepare coated samples using lab coating equipment.

+ Enter data and project results into computer systems for reporting.

What’s Needed?

+ Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

+ Experience with chemical formulation and adhesive testing.

+ Proficiency in data recording and analysis.

+ Good organizational and communication skills.
