Our client, a leading manufacturer in Berea, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their 2nd shift team. As a Production Associate, you will be supporting the finishing department, working closely with the team to ensure high-quality production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn new skills, and a commitment to long-term growth within the company.
**Job Title:** Production Associate 2nd Shift
**Location:** Berea, Ohio
**Pay Range:** $20.50
**Shift:** 2nd Shift, M-F, 3:30 PM - Midnight
What's the Job?
+ Wash parts to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
+ Agitate parts to remove debris and contaminants
+ Grind and debur edges for smooth finishing
+ Support team in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
What's Needed?
+ Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Strong desire to learn and develop new skills
+ Consistent work history demonstrating reliability
+ Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently
