Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Operator I and II to join their team. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Cleanroom Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude—qualities that align with the organization’s high standards for quality and safety.

6am - 2:30pm - M-F -$21.50
2:30pm - 11pm - M-F - $23
Tier 2
6am - 2:30pm - M-F - $23
2:30pm - 11pm - M-F - $24.50
What’s the Job?
+ Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device components within a cleanroom environment.
+ Follow standardized procedures and maintain accurate documentation to ensure full product traceability and compliance with quality standards.
+ Communicate clearly with manufacturing management and support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
+ Adhere to all safety protocols, use appropriate safety equipment, and maintain a positive, professional attitude with internal teams and external visitors.
+ Support production goals by meeting cell performance metrics and participating in quality, QMS, and EMS initiatives.
What’s Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
+ Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small components with precision.
+ Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic data collection systems.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks, make critical decisions with minimal supervision, and adhere to strict cleanroom dress code and safety requirements.
