Our client, an industry leader in Aerospace and Industrial seal applications, is seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (DIRECT HIRE) to join their team. As a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (DIRECT HIRE), you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (DIRECT HIRE)

**Location:** Hanover, PA

**Pay Range:** $72K-$75K

**Shift:** 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm)

What's the Job?

+ Manage, analyze, and facilitate production activities on 2nd shift to meet operational goals.

+ Supervise and motivate 2nd shift production employees, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

+ Coordinate with the Operations Manager for resource analysis and capacity planning.

+ Plan and assign work based on changing priorities to optimize productivity.

+ Train, mentor, and develop machine operators to foster continuous improvement and skill enhancement.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum education: HSD or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.

+ At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Experience managing and inspiring direct reports, with a focus on team development.

+ Union experience is preferred.

+ Ability to train on 1st and 3rd shifts as needed.
