Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you will be part of the Network Engineering Department supporting factory operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Infrastructure Specialist

**Location:** On-site, with Fridays remote, local candidates only

Pay Range: $80 to $82 an hourly W2

What's the Job?

+ Design, review, and implement LAN infrastructure projects at factory locations

+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LAN/WAN issues

+ Conduct wireless surveys and optimize factory wireless networks

+ Research and recommend new LAN technologies to improve network performance

+ Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure network solutions meet operational needs

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in networking, specifically with Cisco and Aruba technologies

+ Strong knowledge of Cisco and HPE Aruba routers, switches, and wireless networks

+ Experience with industrial networking environments

+ Proficiency in LAN topology design, VLAN configuration, and network troubleshooting tools

+ Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or HPE Aruba certifications are preferred
