Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a Direct Hire role.

**Location:** CADILLAC, MI
Pay Range: $20-$24/hr

What's the Job?
+ **MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE**
+ Support production efforts by maintaining machinery, tools, and equipment to minimize downtime.
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment by observing mechanical devices and listening for issues.
+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly and prevent breakdowns.
+ Inspect parts, modify equipment, and replace defective components as needed.
+ Follow safety protocols, report issues promptly, and maintain a clean work environment.
What's Needed?
+ Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics.
+ Knowledge of three-phase electrical power distribution and basic PLC functions.
+ Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
+ High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training or related experience is a plus.
+ Willingness to work overtime, flexible hours, or be on-call as required.
