Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Computer Support professional to join their team. As a Computer Support specialist, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the high-profile user community within a professional banking environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Provide software and hardware support to end-users in a professional banking setting.
+ Assist with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications including VDI, patch management, encryption technologies, and anti-virus solutions.
+ Support incident and request management through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
+ Reimage user devices, backup and restore user data, and ensure proper software installation and functionality.
+ Configure, install, and test hardware components, manage hardware replacements, and troubleshoot technical issues to prevent escalation.
What's Needed?
+ 3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support, with knowledge of server, Cisco technology, and professional IT environments.
+ Proficiency with troubleshooting/supporting MS Office suite, including MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS.
+ Experience assisting with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management, infrastructure applications, and incident/request management systems.
+ Previous experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
+ Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and knowledge of two-factor authentication security protocols.
