Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

+ Analyze business processes and assist in identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer and client experience.

+ Provide support in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.

+ Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer and client satisfaction.

+ Collaborate with team members on project tasks to ensure successful execution.

+ Document process changes and improvements for future reference.

+ Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

+ Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively.

+ Stay informed about industry trends related to customer experience.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role

+ Proven experience in business process services and data analysis

+ Proficiencies in data manipulation and interpretation

+ Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft's Power Platform

+ A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Location - Employees located within 25 miles of a DXC office or client site will be required to work onsite at minimum 2 times per week.
