    Duties Description Illustrative duties: • Conduct preliminary reviews of public campaign finance filings by political committees and candidates based on criteria.• Conduct a review of registration and certification materials submitted by committees.• Log and track statistical information associated with committee registration, training, and other requirements.• Assist in the registration, certification and other processes of political committees.• Conduct a preliminary review of the books and records of political committees and candidates as may be necessary to effectuate a complete and thorough assessment of compliance with Rules, Regulations, statutes, Board Opinions, and policies.• Conduct focused review projects, including reviews for election cycle contribution compliance. • Assist with phone support and help desk tasks, as necessary.• Assist in the development and implementation of public campaign finance projects.• Assist with all tasks and matters as may reasonably be assigned.

     

    Minimum Qualifications An Associate’s Degree + two (2) years of accounting or finance or general business or other related experience; or 3 years of related experience. Bilingual proficiency a plus.
