What We Provide

+ $20-$25/hr., depending on experience.

Your Impact

+ Actively source candidates for roles in our company from sales reps to construction apprentice.

+ Conduct interviews both over the phone and in person, and coordinate follow-up interviews as needed.

+ Maintain consistent communication with all applicants throughout the hiring process.

+ Deliver responsive and customer-oriented support to both the HR team and other departments in the company.

What You Provide

+ 1-3 years of applicable recruiting experience.

+ Self-starter who can effectively multitask and prioritize work assignments.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Skilled in navigating recruiting software.
