Position Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Relocation Specialist (Packer, Sorter, Organizer) to join our compassionate and hardworking team.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, working in diverse home settings, and being part of a close-knit, caring team. You’ll assist seniors and families during major life transitions — handling belongings with care, organizing spaces, and ensuring each move or project runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

+ Assist with packing, sorting, boxing, bagging, and organizing household goods for relocation, downsizing, or estate clean-out projects.

+ Work on-site in various home environments throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

+ Support clients with compassion — providing guidance and reassurance through emotionally sensitive situations.

+ Assist with unpacking and resettling clients in their new homes.

+ Handle donations, consignment, and disposals according to client preferences.

+ Use mobile apps to manage schedules, assignments, team communication and timecards

+ Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in clients’ homes.

+ Work independently and collaboratively with your team to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

+ Preferred experience in packing, organizing and customer service – will train

+ Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.

+ Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.

+ Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and communication.

+ Ability to lift 20 lbs and navigate stairs as needed.

+ Reside in or near the Twin Cities Metro Area with reliable transportation.
