Construction Project Manager – Data Center Innovations (Austin, TX)
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Data Center Innovations team in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee project management and engineering activities from design through construction.
+ Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
+ Prepare client and subcontractor change orders.
+ Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects.
+ Coordinate work with trades, subcontractors, and vendors.
+ Coach and mentor project team members.
+ Develop project staffing plans, including labor and subcontractor requirements.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
+ Experience working for a General Contractor or major mechanical subcontractor preferred.
+ Proficiency with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak preferred.
+ Completion of OSHA 30 training required.
+ Basic estimating skills preferred.
+ Understanding of accounting and financial management preferred.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
