    Join a dynamic team tasked with revolutionizing renewable energy initiatives. As an Energy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing utility data, ensuring the success of innovative solar, storage, and electric vehicle projects across the globe.

    Responsibilities

    + Gather and enter utility data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy rules.

    + Check the Sustainability mailbox daily for replies about utility data.

    + Review authorization letters to ensure they are complete and correct.

    + Answer customer questions about the data collection program and provide troubleshooting support.

    + Update the Utility Data Collection Tracker by matching property details and marking received data.

    + Create pivot tables and basic status reports in PowerPoint using collected data.

    + Create templates for outreach efforts and enter bill data into these templates.

    + Collaborate with team members to improve processes.

    + Build reports based on data inputs.

    Essential Skills

    + Data entry and data collection proficiency.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Ability to create and analyze pivot tables in Excel.

    + Experience in reporting and using Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Adaptability to change and ambiguity.

    + Experience in the utility industry.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience working as a data analyst or in a similar role.

    + Background in engineering consultancy or utility industries.

    + Bachelor's degree in finance, communications, environmental science/studies, or a related field.

    + Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced settings.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Sustainability is a plus.

    + Problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

    Work Environment

    This position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days in the office and two days remote, based out of either the Denver or San Francisco office. The role is part of a team of ten, with opportunities for increased flexibility over time. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on building a large portfolio of commercial energy assets globally.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $45.00/hr.
