    Job Description: Will to review superintendent candidates that are interested in estimating.

    Responsibilities

    + Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.

    + Develop quantity takeoffs using software such as PlanSwift and Building Connected.

    + Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors during the bidding process.

    + Evaluate subcontractor bids and vendor proposals for accuracy and completeness.

    + Prepare and present bid packages, budgets, and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.

    + Maintain historical cost data and update pricing databases regularly.

    + Participate in value engineering and risk analysis to optimize project costs.

    + Track and report on estimating performance and project outcomes.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of commercial construction experience

    + Proficiency with Bluebeam preferred

    + Experience in pre-construction estimating preferred

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
