    Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Engineer

    Job Description

    in mechanical design and electrical fundamentals, preferably within the aviation or aerospace sector. You will work on complex assemblies that integrate mechanical structures, electrical components, and advanced lighting technologies for high-performance environments.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and develop electro-mechanical components and assemblies for aerospace display systems.

    + Perform mechanical analysis including material properties, thermal transfer, and structural integrity.

    + Apply electrical fundamentals to ensure proper integration of components such as wiring, connectors, and lighting systems.

    + Utilize SolidWorks for CAD modeling and detailed design documentation.

    + Collaborate with project engineers and cross-functional teams to meet performance, quality, and compliance standards.

    + Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of designs.

    + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and product innovation.

    Essential Skills

    + 8+ years of engineering experience in electro-mechanical design.

    + Strong mechanical engineering foundation including materials, thermal analysis, and structural assessments.

    + Working knowledge of electrical principles and components.

    + Proficiency in CAD software, with SolidWorks preferred.

    + Background in aerospace or defense manufacturing strongly preferred.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.

    + U.S. citizenship required.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with illuminated panels, cockpit displays, or similar aerospace systems.

    + Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

    Work Environment

    This position requires 100% onsite work at our facility in Horsham, PA. The role involves working with advanced technologies and equipment in a high-performance environment.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Horsham, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

     

    Implementing a Profit-sharing plan for the team after being acquired by Transdigm

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Horsham,PA.
