    We are seeking an experienced Sewing Machine Mechanic / Industrial Mechanic to join our team. You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, setup, and repair of industrial sewing machines, ensuring smooth and efficient production. You will work hands-on with advanced equipment and play a key role in keeping our plant running efficiently.

    Hours, Salary & Benefits:

    + First shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (OT available)

    + Salary: $20–$30/hour, depending on experience

    What You’ll Do:

    + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial, automatic, manual and programmable sewing machines.

    + Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide lasting solutions.

    + Train operators and team members on proper machine use and maintenance.

    + Keep accurate maintenance records and manage parts inventory. **What We’re Looking For:**

    + High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.

    + 3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial sewing machines (Singer, Juki, Brother, Consew, Pfaff, etc.).

    + Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a must.
