Adecco is currently assisting one of its top tech clients in their search for an **Field Service Technician** working in **SEATTLE WA 98109 (Onsite)**
Pay Range:- $28/ Hour
Shift availability: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
_About the Role_
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide on-site support for printer hardware and related technology. This role involves troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to contractual commitments.
_Key Responsibilities_
+ Perform technical and mechanical troubleshooting on printers and related hardware.
+ Work with tools and alignment apparatus to repair and maintain equipment.
+ Address issues involving third-party software, networks, and switches when needed.
+ Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Communicate clearly with customers on-site to build strong relationships and set expectations.
+ Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
+ Make sound business decisions that balance customer needs and company commitments.
+ Work independently while following standard procedures and policies.
+ Provide technology solutions and options based on industry knowledge.
+ Evaluate technical situations quickly and manage operational challenges.
_Requirements_
+ Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Willingness to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, holidays, and non-traditional shifts.
+ On-site customer-facing experience.
+ Technical/mechanical hardware repair experience.
+ Strong aptitude for learning new technology.
+ High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware training required (College preferred).
**Pay Details:** $28.00 per hour
