Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be managing high-volume transactions and interactions while maintaining strict compliance standards. Your day-to-day will look like:

+ Handle inbound customer calls from start to resolution, including payment processing, inquiries, complaints, and information requests.

+ Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers, aiming for high satisfaction.

+ Follow security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.

+ Accurately document all transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Must be 18 years of age or older.

+ Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating systems during live calls.

+ Comfortable using computers, including email and web browsers.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

+ Previous experience in customer service or data entry.

+ Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high integrity and confidentiality.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
