Picker Packer Associate

Adecco is seeking a driven and physically capable Picker/Packer to join a fast-paced team in the manufacturing and consumer goods industry. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurate order fulfillment, packing high-quality products, and maintaining operational efficiency on the production floor. The ideal candidate is committed to speed, safety, and teamwork in a high-volume, repetitive environment.
+ Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
+ Shift: MON – THUR 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (This is a part-time schedule with required availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime.)
+ Location: Onsite – Little Rock, AR
+ Assignment Type: Temp
Responsibilities:
+ Construct and fold boxes and cartons, and pack them with products, either manually or with the help of automated machines.
+ Maintain accurate order picking, packing, and inventory records.
+ Perform frequent quality checks, such as making sure labels are correct.
+ Rotate product codes according to the product rotation schedule.
+ Close cartons and stack them on a pallet for transfer.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area (safety is everyone's job).
+ Clean and sanitize lines during changeovers from one product to another.
+ Assist in setting up lines during a changeover process, which may include placing stickers, wiping down machines, and making minor adjustments to machinery.
+ Push waste totes from the production area to a compactor, secure them with a latch, and roll them back to the production floor.
+ Rework products that do not meet quality standards daily.
+ Review the production schedule daily to plan box and material needs for the shift.
+ Remain on the packaging line until relieved for break.
Qualifications:
+ Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods (entire shift).
+ Availability to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts.
+ Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
+ Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
+ Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products up to 50 lbs.
+ Ability to repetitively move the arms and torso while continually standing.
+ Tolerance for working in a loud manufacturing environment, near heavy machinery, where temperature control is limited (affected by seasonal weather).
+ Ability to wear required safety attire, which may include a hairnet, safety glasses, and/or a bump cap for the duration of the workday.
+ Must own and wear steel toe boots (required to enter the facility).

**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
