    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire a **Customer Service Representative!** This is an exciting onsite opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Position Details

    **_Pay Rate_** : $ 18.00/hour

    **_Schedule_** : Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CT (30-minute lunch)

    **_Location_** : Onsite in Irving, TX (Candidates must live within 2 hours)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming calls and facilitate communication with healthcare providers, patients, and internal stakeholders.

    • Coordinate and schedule initial and refill shipments of patient medications.

    • Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

    • Follow all applicable regulations, including HIPAA and compliance standards.

    • Show initiative and proactively contribute to team goals.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Minimum 1 year of call center experience.

    • Typing speed of 30+ WPM.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Reliable transportation for training and meetings.

    • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

    Physical Requirements

    • Professional office environment.

    • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and reach frequently.

    • Push/pull up to 15 lbs and lift/carry up to 15 lbs.
