    Responsibilities:

    1. Drive project execution and delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders

    2. Communicate and collaborate with engineering managers, directors, and technical leads

    3. Facilitate alignment between business and technology teams

    4. Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery

    5. Influence and negotiate with senior technical leadership to achieve project goals

    Requirements:

    + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    + Familiarity with **card technology** or financial services platforms

    + Ability to **negotiate and influence** across technical and business teams

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment

    + Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus

    + Previous experience managing technology projects (years not strictly defined, but must demonstrate capability)

    **Pay Details:** $51.60 per hour
