Responsibilities for a Licensure Coordinator include but are not limited to:

+ Review clinician demographics in internal systems, approve for importing, and populate/print new license applications.

+ Communicate with clinicians regarding missing information, inconsistencies, and application follow-ups, including preparing mailings and performing full QA reviews.

+ Submit applications with required documents, secure payment funding, monitor aging reports, and perform online and manual payment requests.

+ Conduct primary source verification via State board websites and support special assignments such as audits, reporting, URAQ/JCAHO accreditation, and onboarding clinicians into licensure systems.

+ Work independently, meet business demands in a fast-changing environment, and act as a resource or coordinator for others as needed.

Candidates for Licensure Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Required:

+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

+ 1+ years of experience navigating systems/databases and completing repetitive tasks with high accuracy.

+ 1+ years of experience meeting strict deadlines and handling time-sensitive work in a dynamic environment.

+ Strong desire and ability to learn new systems, processes, and skills.

Preferred:

+ Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment.

+ Experience with clinical credentialing and/or licensure processes.

**Pay Details:** $21.75 per hour
