    Adecco is currently assisting one of its top clients in their search for a **Marketing Specialist** working in **SEATTLE, WA 98121 (Hybrid)**

     

    Pay Range:- $70 - 80/ hour

     

    Shift Time:- 8 AM– 5 PM (MON-FRI)

     

    _About the Role_

     

    We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead mid-size and large-scale marketing projects from start to finish. You will manage campaigns, create strategies, and work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution. This role is critical in building brand recognition and driving engagement across multiple channels.

    _Key Responsibilities_

    + Plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects, including budgeting and social media promotion.

    + Develop internal and external promotion plans to maximize awareness before, during, and after campaigns.

    + Analyze data to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights.

    + Create and implement marketing strategies to drive business results across social, digital, and media channels.

    + Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to define project objectives and identify sponsorship opportunities.

    + Work with media agencies and internal teams to ensure high-quality content and campaigns.

    + Track and report campaign ROI using CRM or project management tools.

    + Support product launches by preparing assets like sales enablement one-pagers, pitch decks, and training content.

    + Develop creative social media content and measure performance metrics (e.g., email open and click-through rates).

    _Requirements_

    + Minimum 4 years of marketing experience (non-negotiable).

    + Strong understanding of brand strategy and working across markets.

    + Experience with B2C and B2B marketing.

    + Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data.

    + Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferred).

    + Basic knowledge of AI tools (Gemini AI experience is a plus).

    + Ability to monitor email performance metrics.

    + Experience in consumer technology, health, or mobility products is highly desirable.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during product launches.

    _Nice to Have_

    + Experience with Power BI (basic level acceptable).

    + Product marketing experience.

    + Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and agencies.

    **Pay Details:** $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
