Job Title: Technical Product Manager - Mobility DevelopmentJob Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the Toyota Data Services Platform, which facilitates communication between cars and the cloud, providing access to a variety of data products. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager for the Mobility Development Team to ensure the quality, cost-effectiveness, and security of our data ingestion and storage processes.
Responsibilities
+ Translate business requirements and technical specifications into actionable epics and user stories for the delivery team.
+ Prioritize and manage the product backlog and roadmap to align with customer requirements.
+ Lead design discussions with development teams to address complex requirements.
+ Coordinate with the technical delivery lead for release planning and status reporting for stakeholders.
+ Ensure the Product Backlog is transparent and provides clear direction for the Scrum team's work.
+ Collaborate with agile teams daily, providing clarity on direction and strategy, and actively participate in Scrum events.
+ Work with cross-functional teams to meet business, quality, and functional goals for each product release.
+ Identify and mitigate risks, threats, or opportunities impacting project success.
+ Maintain updated and accessible internal documentation for technical teams.
+ Monitor team performance and provide feedback for process improvements.
+ Independently solve complex operational and technical problems.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Product Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
+ Proficiency in AWS cloud platforms including Lambda, S3, Dynamo, RDS, and Kinesis.
+ 2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong multitasking abilities.
+ Experience with SQL, Jira, Confluence, and diagramming software like Lucid Chart or Visio.
+ Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Ability to analyze product data using data analysis concepts.
+ Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
+ Proven experience in learning new technologies or overcoming challenges.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Demonstrated interest in Japanese language and/or culture.
+ Previous experience in development or DevOps.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
