    What You’ll Do

     

    + Take ownership of collections and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    + Support month-end reporting and reconciliations to keep our books balanced.

    + Manage daily financial tasks like processing check deposits, reconciling multiple credit cards, and preparing outgoing AP checks.

    + Assist with bank reconciliations and provide critical support for audits from corporate and external teams.

    + Keep data flowing by performing data entry in accounting systems and Excel.

    + Be the go-to resource for customer and vendor inquiries, maintaining strong relationships and accurate account records.

    + Help maintain compliance by adhering to accounting rules and regulations.

    + Contribute to smooth office operations with clerical support and mail distribution.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Experience in administrative, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus.

    + Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

    + Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
