    Description

    The Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences in both English and Spanish. In this position, you will handle a variety of customer interactions, including questions about products, order processing, returns, and troubleshooting. Your ability to communicate clearly in both languages will help you resolve issues efficiently while building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. You’ll be expected to document all interactions in the company’s systems, collaborate with teams to solve complex problems, and contribute ideas for process improvements. Adaptability, empathy, and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role.

    Requirements

    + Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat, utilizing Spanish and English as needed

    + Answer questions and provide solutions for products, services, and account issues

    + Handle complaints, returns, and escalations in a courteous and timely manner

    + Keep detailed records of client conversations in CRM platforms

    + Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex service requests

    + Offer feedback for improving processes and enhancing client satisfaction
