• Supply Chain Inventory Analyst

    Description We are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to join our team in Garland, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses strong analytical skills combined with hands-on inventory management expertise. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory processes while collaborating across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct monthly physical inventories and perform daily cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

    • Utilize data-driven methods to perform root cause analyses and identify areas for process improvement.

    • Monitor inventory movement through all business functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

    • Oversee tracking and batching processes to comply with regulations and manage product recalls.

    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance inventory management procedures.

    • Collaborate with purchasing teams to coordinate inventory planning and monitor stock levels.

    • Work closely with the finance department to align inventory data with financial reporting.

    • Leverage advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and SUMIFs to analyze inventory data.

    • Manage a 75,000-square-foot warehouse housing over 400 SKUs valued at $2 million.

    • Ensure compliance with inventory controls and audit requirements. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain analysis.

    • Strong expertise in forecasting, production planning, and inventory reconciliation.

    • Proficiency in conducting inventory audits and implementing controls to improve accuracy.

    • Experience with warehouse management systems and automated inventory processes.

    • Advanced skills in Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

    • Ability to perform data-driven analyses and develop actionable insights.

    • Knowledge of raw material inventory and its role in production planning.

    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
