Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

+ Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, retention, and offboarding processes.

+ Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.

+ Lead performance management, goal setting, and development initiatives.

+ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

+ Administer compensation and benefits programs, including annual reviews.

+ Implement training and professional development programs.

+ Analyze HR metrics, provide reports, and deliver recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.

+ Minimum three years of relevant HR management experience.

+ Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment compliance.

+ Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

+ High level of integrity and confidentiality.

+ Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics is a plus.
