We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and organization of payroll-related data within a fast-paced insurance environment. Responsibilities:

• Input payroll data with precision and verify the accuracy of records.

• Update and maintain employee information in the payroll system.

• Assist in processing payroll and resolving discrepancies promptly.

• Organize and manage confidential documents related to payroll and employee records.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of payroll tasks.

• Conduct quality checks on entered data to guarantee accuracy.

• Support the department by performing general administrative and data entry duties.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures when handling sensitive information.

• Utilize spreadsheet software and payroll systems effectively to complete assignments.

Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or payroll support roles.

• Exceptional typing skills and proficiency in numeric and computer data entry.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to review data for accuracy.

• Familiarity with payroll systems and spreadsheet software.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members.

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
