Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and expertise in payment processing and reconciliation. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Handle customer inquiries with care, ensuring prompt resolution of payment-related issues.

• Apply payments to appropriate accounts and maintain detailed records.

• Conduct account reconciliations to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting.

• Support collection efforts by following up on overdue accounts and communicating with clients.

• Generate invoices and ensure billing processes are completed in a timely manner.

• Utilize Great Plains Dynamics to maintain and update financial data.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounts receivable processes and improve efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable, including payment application and reconciliation.

• Strong knowledge of commercial collections and cash application processes.

• Familiarity with billing functions and resolving account discrepancies.

• Proficiency in Great Plains Dynamics or similar financial software.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle month-end closing tasks.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
