    Description

    A boutique creative and digital agency in Encinitas is seeking a dynamic Office Manager to support internal culture, administrative needs, and agency workflow. This person will be the go-to resource for the team, supporting executives, coordinating company events, and ensuring the office environment runs smoothly.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage office operations, ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, and maintaining workspace organization

    + Assist executives with calendars, travel, project coordination, and internal communication

    + Coordinate team events, creative meetings, offsite activities, and onboarding

    + Manage client intake documentation and assist with project setup

    + Prepare basic reports, presentations, and client-facing materials

    + Serve as a culture ambassador—ensuring collaboration, engagement, and positive team dynamics

    Requirements

    + 2–4 years of administrative or office leadership experience

    + Creative, resourceful, and comfortable supporting a collaborative team

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong time management and ability to pivot between tasks
