    Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist Intermediate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across various departments. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for individuals with 3-6 years of relevant experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors while maintaining a welcoming and detail-oriented reception area.

    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

    • Coordinate office supply orders, including coffee and pantry items.

    • Reserve conference rooms and ensure all meeting spaces are prepared as needed.

    • Arrange catering services for events, meetings, and special requests.

    • Submit technology and maintenance work requests promptly.

    • Answer and direct calls using multi-line phone systems.

    • Prepare presentations and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint.

    • Maintain effective communication and collaboration through Microsoft Teams. Requirements • 3-6 years of experience in receptionist or clerical roles.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and PowerPoint.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.

    • Ability to manage catering and meeting room reservations.

    • Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
