Description We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team in White Plains, New York. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service while managing incoming calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an opportunity for long-term growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a detail-oriented and timely manner.

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining quality and efficiency.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.

• Provide information about company products and services to callers.

• Collaborate with team members to address complex customer concerns effectively.

• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

• Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and objectives.

• Stay updated on company policies, services, and product offerings to assist customers accurately. Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in basic office skills, including data entry and record-keeping.

• Familiarity with call center systems and tools is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive customer information responsibly.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
