    **Job Title:** Senior Technology Solutions Professional

    Role Overview:

    The IT AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) Readiness team is seeking an Experienced Senior Technology Solutions Professional to lead program management activities for critical enterprise IT initiatives supporting AEP. This position is responsible for overseeing program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes in a regulated, high-impact environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary program manager for IT readiness activities related to Annual Enrollment Period, and other critical AEP related activities-- overseeing planning, execution, tracking, and closure of multiple concurrent projects.

    + Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with business, technical, and compliance teams.

    + Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to ensure program objectives are met.

    + Govern technology solutions in alignment with Humana’s DevOps Governance Model, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

    + Facilitate effective communication among project teams, leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

    + Lead program reporting, including preparation of executive dashboards, metrics, and compliance documentation.

    + Manage resource allocation, budget oversight, and vendor relationships as required for program delivery.

    + Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, leveraging lessons learned and performance metrics.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 7+ years of progressive experience in program/project management within large-scale enterprise IT environments.

    + Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional IT initiatives, ideally in healthcare or regulated industry.

    + Strong understanding of technology delivery lifecycles, DevOps practices, and compliance frameworks.

    + Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

    + Experience with executive-level reporting and governance.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

    + Familiarity with Humana standard DevOps platforms: Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, LaunchDarkly, SonarQube.

    + Experience supporting Annual Enrollment Period or similar high-volume, time-sensitive business cycles.

    + PMP or comparable project/program management certification.

     

    Additional Information

    Work-At-Home Requirements

    + WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

    + A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

    + Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

    + A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

     

    Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

    Pay Range

     

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

     

    $97,900 - $133,500 per year

     

    This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
