Description We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Cary, North Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position within the hospitality industry, offering an excellent opportunity to grow your career. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable tasks, including billing, collections, and cash applications.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and invoices.

• Collaborate with other departments to address billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries.

• Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and provide regular updates to the management team.

• Assist in improving and streamlining accounts receivable processes for increased efficiency.

• Handle collections for guests and clients associated with the hotel.

• Support team members as needed and contribute to a positive and detail-oriented office environment.

• Adhere to company policies, including dress code and conduct standards.

• Utilize relevant software and technology tools to perform financial tasks effectively.

• Participate in training and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the role. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.

• Familiarity with billing functions, cash applications, and collections processes.

• Strong office experience, with hospitality accounting knowledge considered a plus.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in relevant financial software and technology systems.

• Detail-oriented approach and adherence to conservative dress code guidelines.

• Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
