    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. This role is perfect for those who are comfortable working in a factory atmosphere and have previous production experience. You will be standing for most of the day and working in a team setting.

    Pay rate:

    $15.50/hr 1st shift M-Sat

     

    $16.50/hr 2nd shift M-Sat

    Responsibilities

    + Work at the end of machines in a foam manufacturing setting.

    + Pick and place foam products into boxes and transport them to designated areas.

    + Label each product accurately, requiring strong attention to detail.

    + Comfortably lift up to 30 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

    + Participate in repetitive tasks efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Production experience.

    + Ability to work in a team setting.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Comfortable standing for extended periods.

    + Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School diploma or GED required.

    + No certifications necessary.

    + Experience in general production, labor, or warehouse environments is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based in a manufacturing facility that can be quite hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Candidates should be comfortable with varying temperatures. The dress code includes work pants, work shorts, work boots, and excludes tank tops or extremely loose-fitting clothing. The shift is from 3:30 pm to 2 am, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomsburg, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.
