Job Facilities Maintenance Supervisor-1st shift! Up to $90k
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of building and facilities maintenance at the manufacturing facility. The role involves working closely with outside contractors and building effective relationships with them. The supervisor will manage all building grounds and ensure the maintenance of HVAC, boilers, transformers, gas services, restrooms, plumbing, overhead doors, and other key infrastructure. Additionally, the supervisor is tasked with maintaining comprehensive records of facilities and leading a team of 3-4 maintenance technicians.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee all building and facilities maintenance at the manufacturing facility.
+ Collaborate with and manage relationships with outside contractors.
+ Supervise all building grounds and key infrastructure, including HVAC, boilers, transformers, and more.
+ Maintain records of facilities including boilers, transformers, gas services, and restrooms.
+ Lead and manage a team of 3-4 maintenance technicians.
+ Utilize Microsoft Office to keep detailed records.
+ Use SAP/ERP system QAD for preventive maintenance and parts management.
+ Create and manage facilities maintenance preventive maintenance and inspection schedules.
+ Adhere to and manage a set budget.

This is a Permanent position based out of Carey, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
