    Now Hiring: Maintenance Technicians I, II, & III in Windsor, CO

    **Schedule:** Wednesday - Saturday, 6 PM-6:30 AM (every other Wed off)

    **Pay Range:** $23.80-$35.50 DOE

     

    Overview

     

    We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technicians** to join our team. This role supports equipment maintenance, training, and compliance activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience with process equipment, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist Maintenance Technician staff in training and directing Maintenance Tech I employees on equipment operation, set-ups, and repairs.

    + Train maintenance and production employees on proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment.

    + Maintain accurate training records and documentation in compliance with cGMP, FDA, and SOP standards.

    + Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on process equipment and machinery across all company locations.

    + Collaborate with management, quality, and production teams to resolve equipment-related issues.

    + Recommend and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

    + Support Engineering with process and product layout/design initiatives.

    + Participate in annual hazardous waste training and respond to chemical spills per company procedures.

    + Work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to gowning and contamination control requirements.

    + Install new machines and equipment as needed.

    + Manage spare parts inventory, including monitoring levels, initiating requisitions, and ordering materials.

    + Requisition maintenance supplies, machinery, and parts as required.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

    + 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.

    + Knowledge of cGMP and FDA compliance standards.

    + Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

    + Ability to work in cleanroom conditions and follow gowning protocols.

    + Familiarity with hazardous waste handling and safety procedures.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $73840.00/yr.
