    Job Description

    Join our team as a Dispatcher where you will be responsible for managing daily routing operations, supporting drivers, and overseeing a dispatch team. Ensure efficient delivery scheduling, clear communication, and operational excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage daily routing operations and support drivers.

    + Oversee and mentor a dispatch team.

    + Ensure efficient delivery scheduling and clear communication.

    + Utilize GPS routing and optimization tools.

    + Maintain operational excellence in logistics.

    + Solve problems with a focus on drivers and customers.

    Essential Skills

    + Supervisory leadership and team mentoring.

    + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Problem-solving with a driver and customer focus.

    + Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

    + 5+ years experience in dispatch, logistics, or supervisory roles.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with ERP systems, Prophet 21 is a plus.

    + Familiarity with GIS tools and industry best practices.

    + Multilingual ability preferred.

    + Customer support and administration skills.

    + Ability to multitask and resolve delivery disruptions.
