    Project Foreman

    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Project Foreman to support large-scale electrical construction projects. This role involves close collaboration with project managers and assistant managers to ensure smooth coordination of submittals, RFIs, and major equipment tracking. A solid understanding of electrical construction practices and materials is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Monitor and manage submittals, RFIs, and major equipment throughout the project lifecycle.

    + Work closely with project management teams to maintain schedules and budgets.

    + Assist with contract administration, cost tracking, and change order management.

    + Oversee permitting, material takeoffs, applications, and project scheduling.

    + Conduct site inspections and enforce safety compliance.

    + Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.

    Required Skills

    + Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.

    + Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    + Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + 3–5+ years of experience in construction, preferably with electrical or general contractors.

    + Comfortable managing complex projects from start to finish.

    + Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience in data centers, industrial facilities, or power plant projects.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.

    + Familiarity with Eastern Washington Construction Management Program.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is based on-site for a major data center project in Wenatchee, WA. You’ll work alongside project engineers, managers, and subcontractors in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. The role begins immediately and is expected to run through at least December 2022.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hermiston, OR.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
