    CNC Machinist – Horizontal Milling (Makino Systems)

    **Shifts Available:** 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekend Shift (Day & Night)

    **Pay Range:** $28–$40/hr (based on experience)

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking skilled **CNC Machinists** with experience in **Horizontal Milling Systems (Makino)** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret blueprints, set up and operate CNC equipment, and perform precision quality checks on finished products.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

    + Set up and operate Horizontal CNC/MMC machines

    + Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy of finished products

    + Make machine adjustments as needed

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation

    + Hands‑on experience with CNC horizontal milling machines

    + Ability to perform changeovers and machine operations

    + Skilled use of micrometers and precision measuring tools

    Additional Qualifications

    + Prior experience in machine operating

    + Knowledge of engineering drawings and layouts

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $76960.00/yr.
