Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is vital to maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

+ Perform shipping and receiving duties.

+ Stock shelves and organize items.

+ Sort packages and utilize RF scanners for inventory management.

+ Label, mark, and scan items accurately.

+ Operate manual pallet jacks and handle materials efficiently.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general labor, shipping, stocking, and warehouse production.

+ Proficiency in using manual pallet jacks and RF scan guns.

+ Ability to pick and pack orders efficiently.

+ Strong skills in inventory management and material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory.

+ No forklift certification required; training and certification on CROWN trucks provided upon permanent hire.

Work Environment

The work environment is a fast-paced warehouse with narrow aisles where forklifts and hand carts navigate safely. Temperature conditions vary; the warehouse is heated in winter and can be very hot in summer, with fans and water coolers available. Dress in light, breathable layers, and wear sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited. No cellphones or electronics are permitted in the warehouse.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
