    $20.50/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators for our production facility that specializes in cookies and other snack products. Our facility operates on 2nd and 3rd shifts and involves both the manufacturing and packaging of these delicious treats.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and adjust packaging equipment to ensure food safety and quality.

    + Check product weights, perform equipment tests, and make film/box changes.

    + Assist with setup, teardown, and troubleshooting of machines.

    + Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.

    + Reduce product waste and update the next shift.

    + Enter data per process requirements.

    + Train new employees and support changeovers.

    Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food plant.

    + Skilled in machine operation, troubleshooting, setup, and calibration.

    + Familiar with GMP and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

    + Able to perform preventive maintenance, equipment cleaning, and film/box changes.

    + Strong attention to detail with basic math skills.

    + Team-oriented, yet capable of working independently.

    + Experience with process and packaging machines.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glen Rock, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.81 - $20.97/hr.
