Job Title: Carpenter

Job Description

Join our team as a Carpenter where you will work on a variety of projects including retail stores, multi-family buildings such as condominiums and apartments, as well as residential remodeling. All construction will occur in vacant buildings, ensuring a safe and uninterrupted work environment.

Responsibilities

+ Perform carpentry tasks on retail, multi-family, and residential remodeling projects.

+ Execute roughing and finishing work with precision and skill.

+ Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently.

+ Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Essential Skills

+ 3-5 years of steady carpentry experience.

+ Proficiency in roughing, finishing, and framing.

+ Dependability, punctuality, and productivity in work habits.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working on vacant buildings is a plus.

+ Ability to adapt to different types of projects, including retail, commercial, and residential.

Work Environment

You will be working with a subcontractor that collaborates with large General Contracting companies. Our projects include residential remodeling, commercial construction, and multi-family projects, ensuring a dynamic and varied work experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Waukesha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00/hr.
