    **Job Type:** Direct-Hire

    **Salary:** $23-$25

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday (Start times vary between 4 AM, 10 AM, or 1 PM depending on route)

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dependable and experienced **Driver** to join our team. This role starts with 1–2 weeks of warehouse training to learn our products. After training, you’ll be assigned delivery routes throughout the tri-state area, operating either a **26' box truck** or a **Sprinter van** . Workdays vary in length depending on the route.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate a 26' box truck or Sprinter van to deliver goods across NY, NJ, and CT

    + Load and unload packages using pallet jacks

    + Work in the warehouse during initial training period

    + Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records

    + Provide professional and courteous customer service

    Required Qualifications

    + Minimum **2 years of truck driving experience** , preferably in the tri-state area

    + **Clean driving record** and valid license

    + Ability to lift, load, and unload packages using pallet jacks

    + **High School Diploma** or equivalent

    + Prior warehouse experience

    Preferred Skills

    + General labor or production experience

    + Strong customer service skills
