• Maintenance Technician

    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels.

    + Perform emergency/breakdown maintenance as necessary to support plant operations.

    + Reference equipment manuals and other technical literature.

    + Contact and work with vendors and subcontractors to achieve desired results.

    + Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations as needed.

    + Safely operate the boiler, maintaining adequate operating steam pressure (> 180 PSI).

    + Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork.

    + Troubleshoot and solve problems.

    Essential Skills

    + Electrical experience swapping motors and troubleshooting.

    + Experience working with Frequency Drives (VFDs).

    + PLC troubleshooting and ability to look up logic.

    + Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints, including German Prints.

    + Experience working with 480-volt systems.

    + Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Steam System experience, including boilers.

    + 5 plus years of relevant experience.

    The pay range for this position is $69784.00 - $69784.00/yr.
